Something as privacy missing.

It's lovely apartment just next door to the subway, the centre and all the major attractions, greatly enjoyed it. Rooms were tidy for the table or chairs, we felt safe.

The venue has fantastic and amazing setting right in the heart of madrid. People who work there are amiable. Would definitely stop here again, loved it.

Thanks for enjoyable stay for more nights. The place is near to central Madrid, restaurants around, and plaza mayor & 2 metro stations. In fact, the property is situated in the center of the city.

Had lovely stay for more nights and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. Staff was excellent and efficient despite our late arrival. The setting was good.

Convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication with reception staff and easy shirt retrieval process. Enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the cleanliness. Helpful bag storage option available nearby.

The location is excelent, just near Puerta del Sol and in a wallking distance to all main monuments and interesting areas. The staff were very friendly.

Very central location, cheap and neat rooms. We liked amiable and attentive staff. It was located in a busy area right in the city centre.

Great location and excellent customer service! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about the city and assisting us with navigating the metro. They were always readily available to address any questions or issues we had during our stay. the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

There were a few drawbacks. there were some cleanliness issues in the apartment.
